How to Get an Iranian VISA :

The most convenient way of getting an Iranian visa is to have an invitation from one of the Chambers of Commerce or from a firm or company within the country and surrender it to the Iranian Embassies all over the world.

Patent And Trademark Protection The Province :

The basic regulation in this field is the 1931 law on Registration of Trademarks and Patents, with implementing regulations (procedures) issued in 1958-60. Foreigners can obtain protection of patents and exclusive use of a trademark on the same basis as Iranian.

Patents issued outside Iran are valid if the patent office in the same country registers Iran as one of the territories .

Employment Of Foreign Nationalities In The Province :

Foreign companies, exploring the prospect of setting up operation in the Province, must notify the Ministry of Labour and Social Aflairs of their Intent to place expatriate personnel and obtain the requisite approval prior to the time the said employees apply for work permits.
